  1. Confirm the Predator Missile control is unlocked on your HUD after the update.
  2. Bank enough currency / charge for a call (exact cost TBD).
  3. Mark the rival factory you want punished.
  4. Fire, then immediately follow with a vault run while defenses are disrupted.
